LEGAL NOTICE
INFORMATIVE FOR INTERNET USERS RELATED TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF THE ITALIAN D.LGS. 30.06.2003, N. 196
In compliance with the contents in accordance and due to the effects of art. 13 of the D. Lgs. 30th June 2003, n. 196, Deka M.E.L.A. s.r.l. , with registered office in 50041 Calenzano (FI) via Baldanzese n. 17, as holder, informs the user of the objectives and methods of the elaboration of personal details collected, their field of communication and diffusion, as well as the nature of their conferment.
The details collected by the user, the subject of elaboration, are handled and used directly to allow for the transmission of information of a commercial nature.
The elaboration of details is carried out through the use of computer procedures or any computerised means or printed versions by specifically nominated internal employees. The details are stored in a printed version, on computer or on any computerised means and the minimum safety measures indicated by the legislator are guaranteed.
Personal details will not be diffused, sold or exchanged with any third party, unless for the above-mentioned objectives, to individuals belonging to the Industrial Group El.En. s.p.a.
Conferment of details is of an optional nature, however if refused Deka M.E.L.A. s.r.l. will not be able to satisfy your requests.
The party concerned may apply his rights as expressed by articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the above mentioned D.Lgs. 30th June 2003, n. 196 by contacting the holder of the elaboration. In particular, according to article 7, the party concerned may acquire confirmation of the existence or absence of personal details, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. The party concerned will have the right to acquire information on:
a) the origin of personal details;
b) the objectives and methods of elaboration;
c) the logic applied in the case of elaboration carried out using electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the holder, the people in charge and the representative nominated in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the individuals or the categories of individuals that the personal details can be transmitted to or that can come into contact with the detail as nominated representative in the territory of the State, managers or people in charge.
The party concerned will have the right to: a) update, modify or, whenever necessary, integrate the details; b) cancel, transform into an anonymous form or block the details elaborated according to legal requirements, including the ones that do not have to be kept according to the objectives for which details have been collected or subsequently elaborated; c) declaration that the operations indicated in letters a) and b) have been transmitted to those whose details have been transmitted or diffused, including their contents, excluding the case in which such compliance is impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate compared with the protected right. The party concerned has the right to object, entirely or partially: a) for legitimate reasons related to the elaboration of personal details, even though related to the objective of the collection; b) the elaboration of personal details for the transmission of advertising material or direct sales or to carry out market research or sales communications.
The details will be kept for the period of time required for execution of the above-mentioned objectives. Agreement to the elaboration of personal details is considered provided when the form will be submitted. The holder is Deka M.E.L.A. s.r.l. with registered office in 50041 - Calenzano (FI) via Baldanzese n. 17.
