A set of 16 reusable tips: - 4 tips for cooled handpiece and 600 µm fibre - 4 tips for cooled handpieces and 300 µm or 200 µm fibres - 4 tips for non-cooled handpiece and 600 µm fibre - 4 tips for non-cooled handpieces and 300 µm or 200 µm fibres In each group, the 4 tips differ for the fibre exit angle which could be: straigh, 30°, 60° and 90°. Tips have to be linked to the distal part of the handpiece and are used to deliver the fibre end close to the tissue. This is important especially in order to reach all areas in the mouth or even the internal area of a tooth (in case of endodontic treatments).
All people, staing in the room where the laser is working, could be affected by laser radiation exposure. For this reason they must wear safety glasses. DEKA provides with every laser system specific laser safety eyewear which are appropriate for the laser wavelength, for the laser power and for the laser working modes.
